August Bonus Recipe Challenge (BRC) Winner!

Ladies and gents, we have a winner for the August BRC! Hats off to Rebecca of Ezra Pound Cake who convinced the most number of people in July that the BB blog is the place to be. If you haven’t checked out Rebecca’s blog, you’ve missed out on some downright hilarious stories and fabulous photography – I urge you to see what’s going on over there.

For the August BRC, Rebecca has chosen Ina’s California Grilled Pizzas which is an optional recipe and should be posted on Thursday August 21st. Sounds like a fantastic recipe to test out!!! Have fun with this one!

    2. Sounds so good!! But, hornedfroggy has no grill. 😦 What should I do??

    3. hornedfroggy, I wonder if broiling on hi in your oven would work? Just a thought. =)

This recipe sounds like so much fun and we all be versatile with our toppings. . .YUM! I LOVE Ina’s ideas on what types of cheese to use also.

    4. hornedfroggy: No problem! Mainly, I thought it’d be fun to experiment with pizza toppings, so don’t worry if you can’t grill it. Just try something new. 😀

    5. Rebecca, thank you so much, what a great choice. I have been wanting to make grilled pizzas for such a long time, and this crust sounds amazing!

    6. Great choice- This sounds so good! I can’t wait to try it!

    7. You can do these in your oven on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Not quite the same flavor, but not bad either!
