Yummy, I have usually stuck to veggie and ground beef recipes, this was a welcoming change. I halved the recipe per the book, (12 servings) but kept the same amount of spice. It was perfect for adults , 2/3 kids thought it was too spicy. Also I did not have chicken breast on the bone and just used skinless boneless.
i thought this was a nice change from my regular ground turkey chili as well! the flavors were great and although it was a little soupy the first night (for which i’ll reduce the liquid next time) the consistency of the leftovers was great. i also added a can of black beans for good measure. 🙂
