Musings: French String Beans (A Week with the Barefoot Contessa BRC)

  1. Perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing except, I used the entire red and yellow pepper. Why not! the more veggie the better 🙂 This is going to part of our Thanksgiving this year!

  3. Made these last night. So good! I feel like an idiot for buying canned beans for so long. A half-pound of fresh beans was 50 cents.
