Since Ina has published two recipes for blueberry muffins, Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins and Blueberry Streusel Muffins, we thought it’d be fun for everyone to have their choice of trying one of these recipes or making both! Who can have too many blueberry muffins?

I think I’m going to go with the coffee cake muffin this round. Mostly because I have all the ingrediants on hand.
I will probably have to use frozen berries though, I haven’t seen fresh ones in my small town grocery store for awhile.
I’ve done the streusel version – incredible! I even did partial whole wheat, and they were still amazing.
