    1. I love clam chowder but my wife doesn’t so I took out the clams and put in some bacon – it was fantastic.

    2. I subbed chicken broth and albacore tuna. Turned out fantastic.

    3. I really liked this recipe. I love clam chowder but hadn’t ever made it before. This was pretty easy and really flavorful. I cut the recipe in half and ended up freezing some–here’s to hoping it freezes well!
