I scaled down the recipe and made enough for 2 – cooked in little ramekins, and they looked so cute! I also didn’t have any orange zest, and I regret it because I think it would have added a lot to it. Very delicious though!
A little late in posting this. We loved this recipe. I didn’t pay close attention to the cooking times and by the time it was done I had a house full of very hungry people.
