    Musings: Roasted Summer Vegetables

    There’s nothing like a taste of summer when it’s cold and gray outside.

    We’ll start posting Ina’s Roasted Summer Vegetables on Thursday, Dec. 9.

    Which veggies did you use? Any issues finding good produce?

    2. I felt like either these needed to bake longer or hotter. They were a little watery. However, I loved all the flavors of this, particularly that you put minced garlic in with the vegetables, and thyme. http://aprettyadaytampa.blogspot.com/2010/12/barefoot-bloggers-roasted-summer.html
