Happy December everyone!! As we move into the busiest time of year for most of us, I want to wish you all a wonderful holiday season! It has truly been a fantastic experience blogging with you all over the past 7 months and I hope this holiday season brings you much joy and peace…and lots of tasty new blog posts.
Due to the fact that Christmas falls on a Thursday this year, I’m extending the post date to December 31st so if you need a few extra days to get the second recipe made and posted, please take them without penalty (no need to email me).
So without further ado, I’d like to present December’s BB recipes…

These picks look great! I’ve always meant to try Coq Au Vin, and the Pappa Al Pomidoro looks delicious. Yessssss.
I can’t wait to try the soup – it sounds terrific – and you can never go wrong with coq au vin!
These look great. Two recipes I have been wanting to try and perfect for cold weather.
Fabulous choices! It’s supposed to snow tomorrow which sounds like a good Coq au Vin day to me!
Yay! I hope everyone enjoys the Coq au Vin choice. 🙂
Very excited about these recipes – good selections, ladies!
Yeah, two recipes I have marked to try! I made Coq au Vin once and it turned out terrible. However, it wasn’t the Contessa’s recipe so hopefully this one turns out better! Knowing Ina, I am sure it will!
One thing I had a question about, in the Coq au Vin online it is half the recipe from the book. Except, the amount of brandy is the same in both. Just letting those that don’t have the book yet know!
awesome choices! two from the book i really wanted to make, i couldn’t be happier!
Those look delicious!
I just had Coq Au Vin last night at La Belle Vie and it was delicious! Good choice!
I’m really on the ball this month – I made the coq au vin last night using a pork tenderloin and it turned out great! I can’t wait to blog about it 🙂 Good choices…
Ooh, GREAT looking recipes for this month. I’ve never made coq au vin and I’ve always wanted to try. And I am always on board when there’s tomato soup involved. Can’t wait!
I made the coq au vin and it was awesome. Great choice.
